We are looking for a highly experienced SEO and Content Growth professional who can drive website traffic, search rankings, lead generation, and social media influence through a structured content-driven growth strategy.

Role Overview

The SEO & Content Growth Manager will be responsible for planning, researching, creating, optimizing, publishing, promoting, and monitoring content across our website and social media channels. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving the complete content lifecycle: Idea → Research → Content Creation → SEO Optimization → Publishing → Promotion → Ranking → Lead Generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Identify high-potential content opportunities aligned with business goals
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand
  • Generate content calendars for website, blogs, case studies, landing pages, videos, webinars, and social media
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to capture domain knowledge
  • Use AI tools to accelerate idea generation and content planning

2. Content Research & Development

  • Perform keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Search Console
  • Analyze keyword search volume, ranking difficulty, user intent, and competitor positioning
  • Create SEO-focused content briefs and page structures
  • Develop website pages, pillar pages, blogs, industry solutions, case studies
  • Ensure content aligns with EEAT principles

3. SEO Optimization & Publishing

  • Manage keyword placement, meta titles, meta descriptions, header hierarchy
  • Oversee internal/external linking, image optimization, alt tags, schema markup
  • Monitor indexing in Google Search Console and technical SEO health

4. Backlink & Authority Building

  • Develop white-hat backlink acquisition strategies
  • Repurpose content for Medium, Quora, LinkedIn Articles, industry portals
  • Build relationships with influencers and industry experts

5. Social Media Growth

  • Manage LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube content
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility

6. Analytics & Performance Management

  • Track SEO, traffic, ranking, engagement, and conversion metrics via Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
  • Present monthly growth reports with actionable recommendations

5+ years in SEO and content marketing. Proven track record of increasing organic traffic. Experience with B2B technology, SaaS, ERP, or IT services websites preferred.
