The Dual-Track Objective
You will operate two powerful engines of growth:
- The Direct Client Engine: Hunting for international enterprises (US, UK, Europe, Middle East) that need to revolutionize their operations with ERPNext and AI.
- The Partner Ecosystem: Recruiting foreign IT agencies and consultants to become our Strategic Partners, specifically focusing on our AI Product Suite to solve their clients' complex automation needs.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. International Client Outreach (ERPNext & AI)
- The Global Voice: Conduct high-impact cold outreach (Calls/Video) to C-suite executives at international firms.
- The Hook: Deliver a "tremendous" pitch that positions our ERP and AI solutions as the ultimate ROI tools for their business.
- Meeting Mastery: Navigate gatekeepers and objections to secure Discovery Meetings for our sales leads.
2. Partner & Alliance Scouting (AI Specialization)
- The Networker: Identify and "recruit" foreign tech agencies and consultants who want to offer cutting-edge AI Automation to their clients without building it themselves.
- Collaborative Selling: Persuade partners to "onboard" their clients into our ecosystem for specialized AI consultations.
- AI Evangelism: Act as the primary advocate for our AI products, making them the "must-have" solution for our global partners.
3. Lead Intelligence & Data Mining
- The Digital Hunter: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and advanced scraping tools to build a refined database of high-intent clients and high-potential partners.
